These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rules and conditions applicable when using the FundedMatch platform ("Platform", "Service"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FundedMatch is a platform that provides cashback on prop trading challenge purchases. We recommend that you read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

FundedMatch provides the following services:

• Access to purchase challenges from prop trading firms
• Cashback rewards on your purchases
• Information and comparison of prop firms
• User account management and support services

When using the Platform, you are obligated to comply with the following rules:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not engage in activities that would disrupt the Platform's operation

Cashback rates are determined based on agreements made with prop firms and may vary. Cashback payments are subject to the following conditions:

• Purchase approval by the prop firm
• Successful completion of the challenge
• Reaching the minimum withdrawal amount (50 USDT)
• Completion of account verification processes

Payments are processed through the USDT-TRC20 network. For withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 50 USDT
• Withdrawal transactions are processed within 1-3 business days
• A valid USDT-TRC20 wallet address is required
• Identity verification may be required

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false information
• Fraud or misuse
• Engaging in illegal activities

FundedMatch is not responsible for trading results or investment decisions. The Platform only provides intermediary services and:

• Is not responsible for trading results
• Is not responsible for the quality of prop firms' services
• Is not responsible for damages arising from technical failures
• Is not responsible for third-party services

All content, design, and software on the Platform belongs to FundedMatch. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the Platform and take effect immediately.

These Terms are governed by international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts.
